CEM4MAT expands through another new microscope in December 2017

This new TEM, financed by the Department of Materials and Environmental Chemistry and Stockholm University, will be a significant contribution to the TEM infrastructure in the region. It is a state of the art double corrected THEMIS Z from FEI fully equipped with EDS, EELS and an Oneview camera. CEM4MAT is very important since it is our hope that it will create a regional user base for this TEM.

From now and until the end of the year, the facilities at SU are adopted to host this microscope and the Inauguration is planned for the end of 2017.
